[Mimedefang] High level of virus activity?

Has anyone else noticed a high level of virus activity lately?  My
MIMEDefang installations are picking up 4-8x the normal levels.  Also,
a lot of the viruses have names which would sneak past the unpatched
MIME-Tools.  I strongly urge everyone to apply the patch at:

http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/mime-tools-patch.txt

This is the latest and greatest version.
