[Mimedefang] Help

I'm running sendmail-8.11.6-3 (RedHat 7.2 release),
and MIMEDefang (recently upgraded to version 2.7) with
the 'suggested-minimum-filter-for-windows-clients' filter.
They work quite well most of the time, but some times
attachments with the extension, say '.pif', passed the
filter. Attached is an example of such message.
Can any body take a look at the message and tell me where
the problem is? Should I upgrade sendmail to 8.12 or
change my scripts? Thanks.
