[Mimedefang] Stream_by_domain() question

Hi, we are running sendmail 8.12.2 with MD 2.3 on AIX 5.1. We have most 
functions working except stream_by_domain. The stream_by_domain does split 
and resend the email as expected, but the resent emails are not scanned by 
MD. We've read the man pages, comments and archive, but we still can't see 
resent messages being scanned. Any thoughts?
