[Mimedefang] Sendmail 8.12.3 and milter patch

Hi!

Does anyone know if the new release of sendmail include the comm.c
patch in libmilter? At:

http://www.sendmail.org/8.12.3.html, we read:

"This version fixes [...] several smaller problems, e.g., a possible
communication problem between the MTA and libmilter, [...]"

But there's no specific information in the remaining of the document.
