No I'm running Slackware Linux 8.0 (glibc 2.2.3) + zlib 1.1.4 and kernel 
2.4.18
I have compiled Sendmail 8.12.2/MD 2.6 against kernel 2.4.18 and zlib 1.1.4. 
Before the HW crash the mail machine was Sendamil 8.12.2 + kernel 2.4.17 + 
zlib 1.1.3

Both cases I have applied your milter patch and your Mail tools patch.

Do you need other info?
This is the short history. All was fine till 24/03/2002, when the mail 
machine crashed due to hw failure ;-((
So, on 25/03/2002 I have installed a "new" machine (celeron 300, 64MB ram), 
and I have updated kernel (from 2.4.17 to 2.4.18) and zlib (from 1.1.3 to 
1.1.4).
Till 28/03/2002 (11:55:41) all was right. This morning I have taken a look 
at /var/log/messages & syslog and I have found lot of "please try..." and 
"Error from multipletor: ok".
