[Mimedefang] defang_mime = 1 in spamassassin.cf with MIMEdefang

Spamassassin seems not to defang text/html spam messages to text/plain when 
called from the MIMEdefang/milter setup. Is there a reason why?  Most other 
Spamassassin stuff seems to work just fine when it is called from 
MIMEdefang.

Is there a way to do this in MIMEdefang? (I'm sure there is, but... an 
example would go a long way...)
