in addition to the other Perl module prerequisites.

This beta includes a function called stream_by_domain().  If (and only
if) you have Sendmail 8.12, this function lets you re-send messages so
that each resent message is for recipients in a single domain.  You
can therefore write scanning rules based on recipients' domains.  If
you host virtual domains, this lets you tailor the rules per domain.

Please read mimedefang-filter(5) for details.  Note also that
this is a BETA release, and I have not tested stream_by_domain() under
heavy usage conditions.
