[Mimedefang] mimedefang

Hello 

I am tring to configure Mime Defang.

I have downloaded the sendmail 12.8.1 the latest
sendmail and installed it in my system.

And I have followed all the procedures given for
installing mimedefang .
 
When i run configure for mimedefang it says it cannot
find libmilter.a and 

Also in the installation procedure it says  to add a
line in /devtools/sit/site.config.m4 but this file
does not exist.

Is this a problem of sendmail or something else.

Please help me on this
