[Mimedefang] some changes for Gentoo Linux

Hi,

I'm using MIMEDefang on Gentoo Linux, and I had to make a few changes to install properly. I'm wondering if I still need to keep these patches or if something can be done upstream to avoid applying them.

1)

This patch is needed to avoid a unit test failure. I get SERVFAIL as a string instead of an array.

I need to fix the PERL vendor lib path for my distro.
