[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang

Hi,

I'm about to pull all my hair out in trying to find a way to apply advanced filtering of incoming 
emails on my postfix server, Debian Stretch (9.5) server. I ending up deciding to try MIMEDefang but 
I just can't for the life of my get it to work and I'm getting really desperate! Basically what I 
have tried is described here:

I installed the Debian package that came with the distribution but I don't find ANY instructions on 
how to use it. Help......  :o|
