[Mimedefang] cpanel whm centos 6.9 flag on header keywords?

ls -l /usr/sbin shows:
-rwxr-sr-x 1 root mailtrap 12039 Nov 29 19:47 sendmail
that's all ls -l shows. Can't see a sym link here.
the "sendmail" word is highlighted in yellow, though, for what that is
worth.
