[Mimedefang] Mimedefang dropping mail discard with no reason in log file - mail relay from hostname.roaringpenguin.com

     That's not MIMEDefang, that's sendmail.  Check the contents of
/etc/mail/access.

     This is just MIMEDefang acknowledging that something else
(either sendmail or another milter) has dropped the message.

     Details from MIMEDefang are totally dependent on the filter.  But
in this case, it has nothing to do with MIMEDefang.
