[Mimedefang] Connection refused by ... /mimedefang.sock on Debian Squeeze

We run several very busy scanners on Squeeze and are not seeing this.
Are there any logs about a segfault or some other problem?  I know Debian's
libmilter used to segfault in the lenny days, but I'm pretty sure it was
fixed for squeeze.
