[Mimedefang] ClamAV effectiveness

I can't say that I've noticed it being particuarly ineffective (or 
rather the number blocks from Clam have not changed significantly) and 
there hasn't been an influx of complaints.

We're using clamav-0.97.6 which is 2 versions out of date...
