[Mimedefang] Default SMTP code and dsn for filter_recipient() not standard compliant?

Sorry, but it's not a question of majority here. And we don't have
to decide to return either 554 or 550. We can have both (in dependency
of the caller/SMTP command). Defaults should be sensible or there
should be no defaults.
