Patch works.  Result:

checking whether libmilter requires -lldap... yes


I also noted that this patch added "-llber" which wasn't needed in my setup (but it doesn't hurt - and maybe someone else needs it).

My system is based on the Slackware 64-bit v13.1 distribution of Linux.
