OK.  It looks like we broke compatibility with Postfix with the 2.70
release. :(

We rely on the sendmail macro "i" being available at MAIL FROM time, but
Postfix only makes it available at DATA, EOH and EOM time.

We will need to restore the code that we removed from 2.69 -> 2.70.
