We have seen these:

/(\*\*\* ?SPAM|\[SPAM|\[Spam[^C])/
/(\*\*|\[)(SUSPECTED|POSSIBLE) SPAM/
/\*\* This message appears to be SPAM/
/^(\(SPAM\)|\*SPAM\*|:?SPAM:|\[\+\+\+SPAM)/
/^(\[\!Spam\!\]|\{Spam\??\})/

But we don't rewrite them. We take the other system's word for it and
consider the message spam.

Note, /\[Spam[^C]/ is like that to avoid matching [SpamCop]
