[Mimedefang] sub filter_sender not being called

I tried Steffen Kaiser's idea and put a die in there and it killed the
filter so the routine is being executed :)
I need to determine what's wrong with my debug database writes and fix that.
Sorry to bother everyone :( and thanks for the suggestions :)
