[Mimedefang] Clam 0.9.3+ Support

Does the change of clamd > version 0.9.3 no longer supporting RAWSCAN affect
MD at all?

Their website states:
THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS ARE NO LONGER SUPPORTED BY clamd:

    * RAWSCAN (use SCAN instead)

We upgraded to the 0.9.4 version and our mail is no longer being virus
scanned.  Currently running MIMEDefang 2.63 but I don't see any fixes for
the newer clam versions.
