[Mimedefang] Bounce based on X-line

    How can I scan a message header and decide to reject (bounce) a 
message based on an X-line?  We're getting a lot of spam and they all 
contain the same line:  X-addr-tv: http:// ... some address.  I'd like 
to pitch the message if that line is detected.
