[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin via mimedefang is slow

Now that I've been timing the regular spam_assassin_check for a while,
I realize I was just seeing normal variation before.  It usually runs
in 0 or 1 second, at 1-second granularity.

I should have run both sa_check and spam_assassin_check one after
another on the same messages.  Sorry.
