You have to think up a way to detect, whether or not the mail is 
"incoming" or "outgoing".

Depending on this way, you setup filter_begin() to check for virus and 
filter_end() to check for SPAM and add the boilerplate.

See man mimedefanf-filter, e.g. message_contains_virus(), 
append_text_boilerplate() and append_html_boilerplate() .

In this mailing list there are samples, too.
