[Mimedefang] mimedefang and simple spamassassin test

Only problem is Paul, that if I run spamassassin as "defang" without
specifying the shell, I get nothing at all. Its only when I force it to
use 'bash' that it does anything.

I need to resolve this problem before I can address the fact that SA is
doing hardly anything in MD and in fact refuses to report a simple test
trap.
