[Mimedefang] vbounce when using mimedefang & spamassassin

   Use the -p option, as in:

	spamassassin -t -p /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf < sample_bounce_file

   Are you sure that /etc/mail is the location the MD uses as its SA
preferences file?  Do other custom rules that you put into that file
trigger tests when a message is sent?
