[Mimedefang] mimedefang and simple spamassassin test

I have the rules in both files so one or the other should trigger.
Also, I always stop/restart all mail services including mimedefang when
I change these things .. so the rules should have been loaded properly.
I presume that "md-mx-ctrl reread" is to refresh rules when they are
changed during the run life of the mimedefang multiplexor?

I have local.cf as a symlink to sa-mimedefang.cf. I don't remember doing
that, but I'm sure I had a good reason (documentation, suggestion on
this list).
At the risk of stating the obvious, you also need to force MIMEDefang to
reread your rules via "md-mx-ctrl reread" or similar means.
