Lost input channel should indicate that the transmition broke before EOM.

size=0 should mean that no message body was recieved.
nrcpts=1 should mean that one valid recipient was seen.

When I do this:

telnet mailserver 25
ehlo me
mail from: valid at example.com
rcpt to: valid at example.com
rcpt to: rejected at example.com
^]

I get exactly the two log entries "lost input" and "size=0, class=0, 
nrcpts=1".

Are you sure that it's the same one?
