[Mimedefang] SendmailMacros nbadrcpts

Hello,

is it possible to get the nbadrcpts sendmail macro in mimedefang?
I would like to check whether a mail with a valid recipient is a part of 
a dictionary flood.
I tested several codes without success, e.g. the -a switch of mimedefang 
    (MD_EXTRA) and the confMILTER_MACROS_ENVFROM in sendmail.mc.
