[Mimedefang] Run MIMEDefang in a Debug Mode to test SpamAassassin

You should call spamassassin like this:

spamassassin -p /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf -t < email

Its very important to use that -p option pointing to your
sa-mimedefang.cf, otherwise its not using mimedefangs settings for
Spamassassin, but SA's default file.  They are not the same file. ;D
