[Mimedefang] Patch for Frisk F-Prot daemon v6

Hello,

attached you find a patch to use the Frisk F-Prot v6 daemon from within 
MIMEDefang v2.64.

They changed the interface significantly and there is no greeting to 
differ from the old one.

I've used the $Features{'Virus:FPROTD6'} for both:
a) en/disable and
b) pass values to override the defaults.
I like it - more info about it is available in the comments. This way 
allows to connect to the daemon just once, too.

I did not hasseled with the command line interface, although this time 
the docs state that both the arguments and the exit codes are to be the 
same.
