Hmmm.  Is there some way to prevent sendmail from bothering MIMEDefang in
the first place?  I just noticed that "Spam:" requests in the access file
aren't honored either.

Since there aren't a lot of lines, it doesn't make sense to make a script
to take access apart, but it's starting to be a fair bit of data
duplication and added complication.

If not, is there a simple, default way to just read in a whitelist sender
and recipient file?
