[Mimedefang] F-Prot 6 fpscan patch

We're upgrading our antivirus systems to use F-Prot 6, which has a
different interface than F-Prot 3.

I wrote a little patch against mimedefang 2.64 to add support. I
looked around the web site and didn't see where to submit a patch, so
I figured I'd send it to the list and get comments. Appologies in
advance if there's a better way to submit changes.
