[Mimedefang] Multiplexor errors

All problems gone now.

The second error was caused by me using a printf perl function to
display a message.

Never, ever print anything to stdout from your filter or a script your
filter calls.  It will completely mess up the multiplexor protocol.

I can't explain the other errors, but they are probably caused by the
protocol being messed up.
