I agree...

But it's not a distro that we installed "bare metal" from a generic
distribution CD, onto generic hardware... (the appliances are blue, and
have very nice logos on them.  And the O/S and app came pre-installed.)

The IronMail appliances by default, don't offer the user a "command
line"... (and the management would never see that anyway.)

It has a GUI... (isnt it pretty?)

We payed money for it... (so we can sue in court if they don't call
us back in 4 hours.)

It doesn't require an employee to read the RFCs... (There's no
RFC relating to telling a user how to release an email from quarantine
by clicking a check-box on a web page.)
