[Mimedefang] Problem with multipart/alternative

I have two (supposedly) identical FreeBSD 6.2-REL hosts running mimedefang
with the same filter rules. After upgrading perl and some other ports one of
the hosts have difficulties with populating the Work directory.

>From syslog:

mimedefang-multiplexor[13330]: Slave 23 stderr: pwd: .: Permission denied
mimedefang-multiplexor[13330]: Slave 23 stderr: MIME::Body::File->open
Work/msg-13330-29.wmv: No such file or directory at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/MIME/Body.pm line 435.
mimedefang-multiplexor[13330]: Slave 23 died prematurely -- check your filter
rules
mimedefang[13345]: Error from multiplexor: ERR No response from slave

/#ll /var/spool/MIMEDefang/mdefang-lAN7QO6t080642/Work/
total 8
-rw-r----- 1 defang defang 509 Nov 23 08:26 msg-13330-27.txt
-rw-r----- 1 defang defang 4159 Nov 23 08:26 msg-13330-28.html

When I look into the INPUTMSG I see that the message is a
multipart/alternative with 3 parts: text/plain, text/html and
application/octet-stream but the file for the last part has not been created
in Work.

I see this pattern with other messages that are rejected. When the same
message is sent to the other hosts everything works as expected.

I have already reinstalled all the perl-related ports, so I need some help
regarding which parts of perl I shall try to reinstall while standing on one
foot.
