[Mimedefang] Mimedefang in general

Hi David,

I just reinstalled the new version of mimedefang with the latest  
version of clamd and I must admit you did a very nice job. Everything  
went like a charm with mimedefang, but clamd is a little bit more  
tricky, but that's part of the life of a sysop... If you don't do a  
ldconfig, it complains...
