[Mimedefang] Controlling the Stack Order

Majority of emails that come into my company that are not originating
from the USA are spam... And we are not expecting emails from outside
of the USA either...

So if I wanted to do a Country Lookup "before" any other processessing
is done....

Can I have my system setup some how that processes done in the MTA
such as rDNS and what not are done after my Country Lookup filter
executes?

Or am I forced to move all MTA processing over to mimedefang where I
can script the order?
