Alas, the short-circuit feature is not as exciting as I'd hoped. :-(

It doesn't do intelligent rule-ordering and short-circuiting.  Rather,
it lets you write rules that specifically invoke short-circuiting.
That's not nearly as much of a win with MIMEDefang, because many of the
known-ahead-of-time short-circuit conditions can easily be expressed in Perl
(eg, message too big; host is trusted; user is opted-out of spam-scanning.)
