[Mimedefang] RESULTS file error

I searched the archives, but came up with no helpful information, so I 
thought I would just come out and ask:

I'm getting these in our log file and it is causing mail to not be 
delivered:

Mar  1 20:04:08 ##### mimedefang[15601]: l2213wep016696: Unknown command 
'0' in RESULTS file
Mar  1 20:04:08 ##### mimedefang[15601]: l2213wep016696: Unknown command 
'' in RESULTS file
Mar  1 20:04:08 ##### mimedefang[15601]: l2213wep016696: Unknown command 
'' in RESULTS file
Mar  1 20:04:08 ##### mimedefang[15601]: l2213wep016696: RESULTS file 
did not finish with 'F' line: Tempfailing

I don't even know what the errors are even trying to tell me.  These are 
not really intuitive errors. :(

Any ideas?
