[Mimedefang] _SUMMARY_ as report value from SA 3.18

Hi,

SpamAssassin version 3.1.8 sometimes seems to have problems to
substitite _SUMMARY_ with the real report value. If it scans
a second time, it works.

I see this in 1 of 10000 mails. Anybody else does have it
in their maillogs ?
