[Mimedefang] Howto use mimidefang _only_ for replacing attachments with urls?

	But obviously you have to do something more than what is mentioned
there. Have to test the "unchecked and untested" code by Paul.

	We have a fully working maia/amavisd/spamassassin installation, but
there is no easy way to do this there and I really don't even want to do
it there as long as we have frontend servers that does only basic
routing where this could be done.
	
	Thats why I only need a simple thing that does nothing but removing big
attachments and replacing them with url. mimedefang seems to be the
right (and only?) way to do it. But I was hoping that I would have found
"out of the box" working examples for doing _only_ this one task, rather
than starting to code with perl myself. The problem is, that all
examples I found do a lot of other things that I don't want...
