[Mimedefang] Mimedefang + Postfix

In my filter setup, I have sendmail daemons scan incoming email using
mimedefang, delivering all email to local postfix daemons. I do this 
to gain robustness in heavy/over-load situations.

But I would really like to get rid of the sendmails -- I run sendmail in 
order to be able to use mimedefang, not the reverse.

So aren't there really any people out there who have played with invoking 
mimedefang from the postfix (which in theory should have the
necessary milter functionality)?
