Just a reminder that check_against_smtp_server with Exchange (at least 
2003 and earlier) requires you to enable per recipient filtering (see MS 
KB article 823866).

By default, Exchange will happily accept mail for any user, and generate 
the NDN afterwards.  You need it to reject at the RCPT TO: stage.
