[Mimedefang] Reading MIMEDefang log-entries

I am looking for a description of the different fields in a log-file entry to 
understand what is meant.

In special i am talking about lines like that:
Jul 27 03:44:27 kappazunda mimedefang.pl[23570]: 
MDLOG,l6R1iPnV026569,spam,14.537,193.83.162.116,<sender at domain.com>,<recipient at domain.com>,=?iso-8859-1?Q?WG:_Verl=E4ngerung_Eintauschaktion_2007?=
