[Mimedefang] "Command unrecognized" when doing tempfail

I know, its Cisco's fault :(
I just asked since the error is printed by sendmail, maybe sendmail was 
returning
some result code to the milter's tempfail command. Maybe them MD could
get that result code from milter's API.
Just wondering...
