[Mimedefang] Sendmail Macros in check_relay()

Hi David,

I was looking for Sendmail Macros in filter_relay() but can't
find them. The idea is to populate the load_average from
sendmail to mimedefang (which is running on a different
host).

define(`confMILTER_MACROS_CONNECT',
confMILTER_MACROS_CONNECT`, {load_avg}')

And then use those values in Mimedefang. Since this is missing
completly I'll have to do a hack, have I ?

Why aren't macros available in filter_relay() ? Isn't it
a cheap thing ?
