The backscatter I had in mind was from mail servers on my network completely
capable of delivering mail/bounces/list traffic themselves but, instead, are
relaying through mine. However, that was the least of my intent. What I was
really hoping to stop is what seems to be the biggest outbound spam issue I
face, without running SA.
