[Mimedefang] Strange tempfails

Using md_graphdefang_log sounds good.

What's the timeout in the INPUT_MAIL_FILTER line in sendmail.mc?  Your
log suggests it's less than 10s.  Maybe you just need more time.  It's
the T= values.
