[Mimedefang] Razor plugin uses forbidden $' operator

Hi everybody,

This patch is important for anyone using SpamAssassin
and the Razor plugin together because this plugin uses
the forbidden $' operator.

as 'perldoc perlvar' states:

    The use of this variable anywhere in a program imposes a consider-
    able performance penalty on all regular expression matches.  See
    "BUGS".

I've modified the third part in the SA-patch included in the SA bugreport
because the author didn't made the changes against 2.82
