[Mimedefang] Yet another problem with MD 2.60 and sendmail 8.14.0.

I'm having this problem as well.  I'm not an expert at this, can someone
tell me how I can properly link Mimedefang to the proper Sendmail
libmilter or at least show me how to make sure the libraries are all
synced up properly?

I'm using FreeBSD 6.2 and these were recently updated through
portupgrade.  Since then I'm having the same issue.
